2008 Ballarat Begonia Festival

The event will be held in the Ballarat Botanical Gardens and also on the foreshore of Lake Wendouree from Saturday 8th March to Monday 10th March.

The festival comprises absolutely beautiful displays of the famous Ballarat Begonias in the Robert Clark Conservatory within the garden.There will also be a large variety of free family activities and entertainment, food and Australia's largest outdoor art exhibition.

The Begonia Festival Parade will mark the start of the festival itself with a spectacular display of lights, colour and sound on the night of Friday 7th March.

Make sure you bring along all of the family to enjoy the festiavl as well as all that Ballarat has to offer !!
